Crossroads is an Arizona Department of Health Services Licensed Behavioral Residential Facility with proven expertise in serving addicted men, women, and Veterans through the provision of high quality, successful, and affordable residential recovery programs. Results show that our combination of housing, basic needs provision, addiction treatment, 12-step emphasis, community collaboration, and a full menu of support services provides an effective basis for long-term recovery and promotes productive and successful lives.

Calvary Addiction Recovery Center
Since 1964, Calvary Addiction Recovery Center has been a leader in addiction recovery. Our treatment programs are for men and women, 18 years and older, who are struggling with addiction to alcohol or drugs. We believe addiction is a chronic and progressive disease that affects the whole person: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Calvary Addiction Recovery Center also believes that chemical dependency is a family disease because family members and significant others are affected by a loved one’s addiction.
Arizona Recovery Housing Association
The Arizona Recovery Housing Association (AzRHA) is a statewide association of residential recovery program providers and community stakeholders. We represent over 1500 beds for quality recovery housing providers throughout Arizona. We have chapters in Northern AZ (NARA) and as well Southern AZ. AzRHA promotes the development and quality operation of recovery-based residential programs through membership meetings, training/education, providing a platform for exchange of knowledge and experience, fostering relationships with community stakeholders, increasing community awareness of the value and needs of recovery housing programs, and through the inspection and certification of the residential facilities of its members.
